Established in 2007, MDS Call Solutions, Inc. was initially created to cater the needs of Golden Arches Development Corporation. Since then, it has gone one to handle the one-number delivery hotline 8-MCDO (8-6236), the online delivery website www.mcdelivery.com.ph, and the recent mobile ordering system.

It has continuously been an efficient, effective and monitored communications system for one of the most innovative and convenient delivery solutions in the country.

Now, MDSCSI is currently expanding its service portfolio. It hopes to cater to a wider range of businesses and clients in improving their profitability and their business focus.

We are looking for:

ICT SERVICE DESK

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Preferably with 1 year work experience in same capacity but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Windows Desktop operating systems, especially MS Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows Vista.
  • Able to work on a 24/7 technical operations with rotating shifting schedules.
  • Must be willing to work in Makati Area,

 

JUNIOR SYSTEMS DEVELOPER

  • Must possess a bachelor’s degree in  a technical discipline (information management, information technology, math, engineering)
  • Must have at least 2 years of work experience as systems developer or software programmer. Experienced in object-oriented design and programming, user interface design, usability and information architecture
  • Must have strong skills in systems analysis and design. Solid knowledge of application security, cross-platform compatibility, application usability and workflow, and application functional testing

 

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor ‘s/College Degree in any fields
  • Must have at least 2-3 year work experience in the business development, sales, marketing
  •  Professional who drives a company’s growth by generating new business opportunities
  • Possess a deep understanding of marketing principles
  • Good communication and negotiation skills

 

CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor ‘s/College Degree in any fields
  • With related work experience in the field required
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Expertise in problem solving techniques
  • Must have strong organizational, time management and analytical skills
  • Known for adaptability and commitment to achieving goals
  •  Skilled problem-solver with excellent intuition and sound judgment
  •  Self-motivated Customer Care Specialist with extensive experience in service-oriented, client relationship management roles.
  • Proficient in computer and internet applications

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES

- Part-time CSR, regular employment status
- High School graduate
- Computer literate, Has a typing speed of 30 words per minute
- Effective oral and written English communications skills
- Willing to work in a 24×7 shifting environment
- Excellent customer service orientation; high interpersonal skills
