MDS Call Solutions Inc.

Established in 2008, MDS Call Solutions, Inc. has become a go-to outsourced services provider of well-known companies and institutions in the Philippines. Our Company engages in small to large scale custom software development and implementation projects, as well as provides contact center solutions for customer service and tech support requirements.

Our reputation was established by providing our clients with efficient, scalable and tailor-fitted solutions that allows our business partners to automate their transactions, drive faster and fact-based decision-making, and focus on their core business.

With its principal place of business in Makati City, MDSCSI has approximately 400 full time employees, including a 50-FTE Technical Group, and 300 contact center seats. MDSCSI is a proud member of the Philippine Software Industry Association (PSIA) and the Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP). MDSCSI is duly registered with the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

A. Cloudshop.ph

MDSCSI’s most recent product offering, Cloudshop, is an integrated software offering for use by micro, small and medium enterprises. Cloudshop enables merchants to quickly set up their online store presence and provides merchants an easy-to-use platform to efficiently manage their growing business. Cloudshop features an online store builder, intelligent order routing to more than one (1) fulfillment center, last mile delivery tracking, and an enterprise resource planning (ERP) functionality that brings together multiple functions, process management and data from across the merchant’s entire business into a single unified application.

B. Custom Tool/Software Development

As the COVID-19 pandemic progressed, it grounded individuals and employees at home. Organizations had to adapt and looked for ways to support their respective objectives and businesses and MDSCSI was an instrumental business partner in getting ideas to come to life.

i. McDonald’s Kiddie Crew Online Registration and Workshop Platform Integration, Oct 2021

Pre-COVD, Kiddle Crew was an in-store workshop for 6-12 yo kids who became members of the McDonald’s store crew for 5 days. Kids not only enjoyed fun activities, they also learned values such as discipline and teamwork. Due to the pandemic, Kiddie Crew was launched online in 2021. For this project, MDSCSI developed an online software application that supported Kiddie Crew’s registration requirements.

ii. Interactive eLearning Module for the Regional Support Center (RSC) Frankfurt, US State Department, Oct 2021

Before COVID, RSC conducted training for regional employees via face-to-face classroom sessions. As COVID hit Europe, it became increasingly difficult to support the adult learning requirements of the employees. For this project, MDSCSI developed an interactive eLearning material to supplement virtual classroom learning sessions. The project also included consultancy and project management services to guide the clients in developing the tool’s business and functional requirements.

iii. Performance Dashboard and Real-time Data Visualization for BTS Meal Activities, McDonald’s Philippines, June 2021

McDonald’s collaborated with the Korean boy band, BTS, and launched the “BTS Meal” globally. Among the countries targeted for launch, the Philippines launch was highly anticipated as it had one of the highest BTS fanbases. Part of McDonald’s Philippines preparation requirement was the establishment of performance monitoring mechanisms to ensure seamless customer experience in anticipation of the high product demand. MDSCSI built a performance monitoring dashboard as a tool to monitor online orders, in support of the desired performance monitoring mechanism. The system pulled data in real time from numerous McDonald’s systems and performed real time data
visualization showing performance of various McDonald’s operations.

MDSCSI has successfully integrated its proprietary software with other third party software to deliver robust software solutions to its clients. We’ve integrated our systems with well-established industry software, including:

D. Order Fulfillment System

First launched in 2009, MDSCSI’s Order Fulfillment System is a multi-interface software that enables the processing of online retail orders by various fulfillment centers. The software supports small to large scale implementations and is highly configurable to suit client’s requirements. OFS is in use today by digital ordering systems of Philippine-based
restaurant chains such as McDonald’s Philippines, Army Navy and Lido Cocina Tsina.

E. Business Process Outsourced Services

iv. Megaworld Lifestyle Mall (MLM) Hotline, 2020 - current

The management of Megaworld Lifestyle Malls wanted to establish a contact center hotline to assist in the phone queries of the patrons of their 8 malls located in the different parts of the Philippines. MDSCSI established call center operations for this client in the middle of the pandemic as the client wanted to ensure the continuity of customer services while lockdowns across the Philippines were being undertaken.

v. Managed IT Services for McDonald’s Philippines, 2019 - current

McDonald’s Philippines was looking for an end-to-end and centralized technical support solution for their various IT-related requirements, including: tech support for their stores’ IT incidents, hardware deployments at new and newly renovated stores, store data transmission to the corporate office, among others. MDSCSI built and continues to operate a Store Maintenance IT Support Team (composed of remote support and onsite support operational groups), a IT Project Deployment Group, a data transmission monitoring team to support McDonald’s requirements.

vi. Contact Center Services for McDelivery, 2008 - current

McDonald’s Philippines understands the importance of customer service and support to further their brand. Since 2008, MDSCSI has been providing inbound and outbound customer support services to McDonald’s customers via their 8McDo hotline, email, and real-time chat systems.
