SALES ASSOCIATE
- Create target prospects lists and penetrate key accounts
- Profile strategic accounts identifying key individuals, researching and obtaining business requirements and presenting solutions to start the sales cycle
- Cold call into prospects generated by a variety of outside sources. Researching and evaluating additional leads/prospects through web and social media research
- Respond, engage and qualify outbound/inbound leads and inquiries.
- Interact with prospects via telephone and email with a high attention to detail
- Demonstrate the value of our offering through Field sales and phone calls, email, LinkedIn and other social media platform;
- Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach
- Work with S&M to identify ongoing strategic targets;
- Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle
- Working together with the S&M Head to grow a specific sales territory or industry
- Working with the S&M Head to support the acquisition of new accounts in the region or industry.
- Perform additional tasks required by the S&M Head.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of Sales fieldwork work experience
- Outgoing, personable phone personality
- Positive, self-starter, integrity and a can-do results oriented attitude
- Able to communicate efficiently to both prospects and other S&M team members
- Good communication skills with strong, professional phone, email, social media etiquette
- Able to utilize computer programs to build clientele
- At least with basic knowledge in G Suite applications
- Must be coachable, self-motivated, proactive and team oriented

SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

- Be responsible for educating and developing prospects leading to hand-off to the sales team.
- Demonstrate the value of our offering through phone calls, email, LinkedIn and other social media platform;
- Set appointments for MDS Solution sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage.
- Meet or exceed assigned quota of a minimum of (XX) calls / (XX) emails per day
- Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach
- Work with our Sales Associates (SA)/ Sales Officer (SO) to identify ongoing strategic targets;
- Disseminate opportunities to appropriate (SA)/(SO), educating (SA)/(SO)as necessary about the opportunity.

TECH ENGINEER

- Bachelor’s degree in IT/ Software Engineering/ Computer Science or equivalent professional qualifications.
- At least 3 years of working experience in software development.
- Knowledgeable in creating E-Commerce websites, ERP, Billing, and Provisioning Systems.
- Experience working in different programming languages such as PHP, Node/React JS, Phyton, Javascript, Ruby.
- Familiar with WooCommerce & Magento, ERPNext, Odoo/Open ERP, Cloud Foundry, OpenStack, Eucalyptus, Kubernetes, Proxmox, Docker, KVM, Bash, Perl, xNix Script.
- Experience working in databases such as MySQL, MariaDB, Linux, and other Open-Source Software.
- Strong knowledge of the software development process, practices, and test design techniques.
